What it does, area by area

HeyCMO is a marketing factory for B2B SaaS founders on Stripe: 48 ongoing jobs in six areas. Here are the main ones in each, in the order to turn them on. Each job checks your numbers and drafts the work. A person approves every message before it is sent.

In the Alpha: failed-payment recovery. HeyCMO is an invitation-only, $0 operational Alpha today, and it starts with that one job. Every other job here is opening next: each opens once it has been tested with real accounts, and works once what it needs is connected. There is no charge in the Alpha.

AI answers

This Monday 24% of answers named Parcelwise, up from 12% in August. One Claude answer gets your pricing wrong.

Correct what Claude says about your pricing

From the Monday check of AI answers

Asked which freight quote tools charge per workspace, Claude said Parcelwise charges per seat. Your pricing page says $79 a month per workspace, so HeyCMO drafted a clearer pricing question for your FAQ.

What it doesn’t do

HeyCMO does the recurring work that runs on your numbers. It isn’t built for every marketing job, and it says so when you ask for one it can’t do.

Compare it with an agency, a fractional CMO, ChatGPT or an AI marketing agent
  • Podcasts, influencer programs, sponsorships and newsletter placementsAsk for one and it tells you it can’t plan it yet, instead of making a plan up.
  • Directory listingsThe job is held back until it does what its name says.
  • Brand and creative work that takes a teamFor a rebrand or a big campaign, an agency or a designer is the better choice.
  • Work inside your signed-in accountsThere’s no browser extension. It uses only the connections you give it, and asks for more only when a job needs them.
  • Anything that goes out without a person’s OKA person approves every message before it is sent. No setting lets one go out without a click.
